happened around to 3:00 p.m. this morning at villa la cumbre and elisio drive in green and gray. if to get you more news faster we will go to jackie sizzle who joins us live from the scene. >> let's take a look at a video from earlier this morning this was taken at about 2:30 a.m. perry ed it look like it was a fountain and the middle of this dry. they stated that this fire hydrant was not hit by a car it was just a pipe that gave way. they stated that the pipe just gave out under the pressure of the water. about 1,500 gal. of water poured out on the street. there was no flooding to any of the nearby houses. but the bad news is that a lot

of people are without water. they will be without water for a while. crews to just showed up in one of the things that they're going to do is try to get the fire hydrant fixed. the roadway is buckled. and this will be an issue. the roadway is closed in one direction. they will have to dig up the entire road way to fix this. in the meantime, they stated that it may be an all-day job. if the good news is that it does not have an affect on the morning commute. >> the other developing new is that we are following comes from san jose. they're asking for the public to help them find a man who kidnapped a teenage girl. investigators say, that the man in this sketch of grabbed the 30 year-old early friday morning. and then he dragged her into a

driveway. if the young girl managed to fight him off, and the suspect ran a way. he is described as a hispanic male between 25 and 35 years old. san jose police release this gets to the public, and hopes the someone might come forward with information. kron 4 urs will tran will have a live report in our next half hour. >> fire crews spent most of my battling a 2 alarm fire last night in a vacant oakland home. here is video from the scene. the fire for started around 5:00 p.m., and the 600 block of harrison street near oakland's chinatown neighborhood. when firefighters arrived they found two people on a neighboring roof, and it appeared that they had stayed there from the burning home. the two were detained by oakland police for questioning. authorities say that the building is a total loss. the cause of the fire remains under

investigation. >> meanwhile, police are investigating a body that was found along the alameda shore line. authorities say a man was walking down a path at robert w. crowned memorial state beach and noticed a body or around 10:00 a.m. yesterday morning. alameda fire crews pulled on the man's body from the water near was blind and shoreline drives. he is believed to be 87 between 20 and 30 years old, he was fully close with no obvious sign of trauma. if police believe that the body had been in the water for about six hours. the alameda county coroner's office is working to identify the man. >> if is seven 06 a.m.. here

hold its first gun buyback program of the year. the gun buyback aims to monetarily reward the voluntary surrender of firearms in an attempt at reducing gun violence. the gun buyback program will offer gun owners' cash for firearms, a hundred dollars for handguns, shotguns and rifles and up to $200 cash for assault weapons. the anonymous program will take place from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on saturday at the san mateo county bid center for fair grounds. >> governor jerry brown will deliver the state of the state address this morning at 9:00. if this is his third since becoming governor again. the governor is expected to promote a tunnel system for water in
